What Do We Do?
We use GRP/ fibreglass moulding to create bespoke and unique canopies and dormers from supply, manufacture, to install. Custom made architectural themed features, pods, simulator projection screens, props and products for the construction, retail, simulation, exhibition, film and leisure industries.
Design
We combine engineering, interior design, artistry and CAD to provide a market leading creative and problem-solving service. If you have a complex project contact us and benefit from our initial free of charge design consultancy service.
Manufacture
Our extensive project portfolio runs from small size niche schemes to our largest contract of 8,500m2 . We have access to 40 laminators with extensive traditional, CNC pattern and mould making skills to deal with GRP / FRP projects of any size and complexity.
Installation
We provide a comprehensive site installation service using our experienced in house fixing team and qualified supervisors. Including the provision of project specific RAMS (risk assessments, method statements), O&M manuals and commissioning documents.
What We Use
Glass Reinforced Plastics (GRP)/ Fibreglass Mouldings
GRP, also known as FRP / glass reinforced plastics / fibreglass / FPC fibre polymer composites, is highly suitable for a wide range of building, construction, exhibition and transportation industry applications.
Polyester resins can be used with a wide variety of glass fibre reinforcements and core materials to produce complex, moulded shapes of virtually unlimited size. Polyester composites offer many advantages compared with more traditional building materials.
The range of decorative effects possible, such as marble, granite or stone, with Crystic polyester resins is vast. Each has a recommended production method and is supported by our technical experts.
